Does this device support 5GHz Wi-Fi?

No. This device connects to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. Please make sure your Wi-Fi network is password-protected.

How to change the Wi-Fi network the device is connected to？

First: Reset the device: Press and hold the Function Button for 5 seconds until the controller flashes blue and yellow.

Then: Re-bind the device—Connect to new Wi-Fi.

How do I sync the lights with the TV screen?

First: Go to Settings and complete calibration. (Phone and device must be on the same Wi-Fi; if you have multiple routers, connect to the same router/SSID.)

Then: In Video Mode (bottom of the device control page), select your preferred mode.
