Cheap unsafe DIY Chair not realistic for people with disabilities
This has to be one of the worst pieces of furniture I’ve ever purchased. This should be listed as DIY project. I’m used to having to put furniture from online together, couches ,chairs tables etc,.this goes beyond sliding a few pieces together with some screws and might as well be me building my own chair from scratch. For over $374 I expected it to at least come with the parts assembled and I just put them together,not even close. You have to first build the armrests then you have to get the cover on the wood thats cheap and splinteii. The cover has a light foam lining inside that keeps getting caught on the splintering wood and tearing as you’re trying to pull it over as it is so ill-fitting. The zippers that hold it together are cheap and come undone they do not hold tightly and are almost impossible to close. There is little to no padding in the entire chair I understand is massaging and heat so you would need to be able to feel those options but the massage is a little more than a vibration there is no actual massage function. There is massive gap between the back of the chair and the seat of the chair that when reclined completely and it’s flat position is unsafe. Twice while using it and trying to recline it into its farthest back position it’s snapped into place violently. At first I tried to get a refund and I was offered a small percentage back I accepted it because the only way I could refund this was to take it all apart and put it back in the small box that only a factory could do and I’m disabled and that would be impossible. Now I have to go through the trouble of having a carrier come and pick up the chair that I desperately needed for surgery in three business days and I will be without a chair while I wait for my refund. Please do not waste your money on this chair it is unsafe cheap and you literally have to build it yourself. It is uncomfortable unsupportive and dangerous.

Awesome chair
The massage and heat work great! Easy to assemble and is comfy. I wish it just had a little more cushion but it was totally worth the money! Reclines back far, sturdy, and I love that it swivels all the way around and rocks! Perfect chair for nursing momma or after a long day at work!

Don’t buy it!!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. The most uncomfortable recliner I ever sat on. If you looking to sleep on recliner or sit for long period of time even short time this is not it! I repeat this is not it! It looks comfortable on pic and big but it’s not comfortable at ALL I repeat at ALL. When you sit you can fill the metal strings on your butt. Awful and painful. It’s not even worth 100$ and very small. Don’t waste your money. You will end up returning it. And took while to put it together.

Difficult
The chair is assembled and working. Despite the totally unclear instructions! The zipper on one arm broke while zipping it up and had to cut the material. Lucky that it was where it could be out of site. The chair works but it was difficult to get it done.

Heavy box unmanageable for average consumer
Heavy box left in driveway in the rain. Had trouble getting it in the house. Easy to assemble, but not comfortable! Works well, but message pods are hard. Not padded very well, but compact size is a plus. Value questionable. Durability? Only time will tell…

It’s an okay recliner
I recently purchased this gray recliner chair and overall I’m happy with it. The color looks great in my room and matches well with my setup.Assembly was quick and easy, which I appreciated. The chair swivels and reclines smoothly, and the extra features like heat and massage are a nice bonus.Comfort-wise, it’s decent. The seat is comfortable, but the back is a little firmer than I expected. It’s not a deal breaker, but something to keep in mind if you prefer a softer cushion.One thing to note is that the latch can be a little hard to pull, and closing the leg rest does take some strength. If you don’t have strong legs, you might find it a bit difficult to push it back down.Overall, it’s still a good chair for the price and works well for relaxing, watching TV, or just sitting back. I would recommend it, especially if you’re looking for something functional with added feature but if you want complete comfort then this is not the recliner for you

I like my chair a lot. Only complaint, the foot rest is hard to work. Otherwise it’s very nice and I love the heat and vibration

DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR
I’m going to say it again for the people in the back, DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR! First of all, it comes in a tiny box because you have to build it. From the ground up. After I put a couple hours into building mine I realized they sent me 2 right arm cushion/covers, and no left arm cushion/cover. So I call the number on the directions (which is what they tell you to do) only to get a recording that says they aren’t accepting calls. I get right on here with an Amazon tech, to simply send them one of my right arms back, for them to send me a left arm. They tell me that they can’t send me replacement parts for this item. Awesome. They offer me an $81 credit to keep the item. Really? A one armed lift chair? I declined. Told them I guess I had no other choice but to return it, which they were happy to do. She said they would issue a pickup slip for UPS and I should package it up for return. Sounds simple right? ITS A CHAIR. Not just a chair, A RECLINER. A recliner that was a pain in the a$$ to build and I wasn’t going to put in another two hours to take apart, then hunt down where I could possibly find a box large enough pack it all into? So I told her to go ahead and send me a box and I would package it for return, to which she signed out of our chat and pawned me off on someone else – the story ended with me getting the $81 credit in an attempt to recoup some of my loss in this POS chair that has no replacement parts, no customer service, and is defective to a fault and can’t be used. My husband lit it on fire in the driveway. End of story. Do not buy this chair.
